Support Dorgan-Grassley Amendment to Farm Bill

The full Senate is scheduled to vote next week on ending unlimited mega-farm subsidies. The farm bill debate is in its final stages, and the vote for real reform will be close.

Like the widely denounced House bill, the Committee's bill includes phony reform that continues multi-million dollar payments to the nation's largest farms that destroy family farming and rural communities.

But you can stem the tide. Your action now, together with thousands of others across America, will help put an end to farm bills that destroy family farming and rural communities.

The Dorgan-Grassley payment limits amendment will put an end to unlimited payments and million-dollar subsidy checks. The amendment closes farm program loopholes and sets a hard $250,000 cap on payments.

You can help win this debate. Send a message asking your Senator to vote YES on the Dorgan-Grassley payment limits amendment on the floor of the U.S. Senate.

Programs that invest in rural economic development, conservation, and beginning farmers will create a future for rural America, and we can use the savings from real payment limits to fund them. Your action today will help us win a farm bill that stops over-subsidizing the nation's largest farms and starts investing in our future.
